Spooler
Spooler serves for rewinding of material, that can be wound, namely electric and communication cables, conductors, AlFe cables, and similar materials, from one carrier – spool (cylinder) to another carrier&#160;- spool (cylinder), or into tangles. There is rewinding from one tangle to another, by small spoolers.
