Spooler

Spooler serves for rewinding of material, that can be wound, namely electric and communication cables, conductors, AlFe cables, and similar materials, from one carrier – spool (cylinder) to another carrier - spool (cylinder), or into tangles. There is rewinding from one tangle to another, by small spoolers. The range is from the smallest spoolers to the largest ones with load capacity of 5 tons, which match the requirements of rewinding cable type E-A2X2Y (A-NA2X2Y2) up to size 4 x 185 SE. While rewinding, the length of wound material can be measured, the quantity of this material indicated and if needed, the wound material can be automatically coiled on spool or into tangles. Spoolers respect the technical standards of material producer.

Spooler enables to hold quickly and safely the carrier with material intended for rewinding, to rewind onto an empty carrier, to measure reliably wound material through the use of defined measure intended for commercial relation, and to separate wound material from stack carrier. Manipulation with carriers is simple and fast.

There are tipping holders, that grip and lift material carriers into working position. Shifting of wound material through measure onto empty carrier or spool is done manually. Rewinding itself is automatic. At customer´s request, it is possible to insert electrically operated index centres for dividing of wound material into system.

Spoolers can be stationary, portable or movable. The electrically controlled hydraulic element is used at bigger types of spooler.

We adjust spoolers to customer´s requirements such as constructional, technological requirements and performance criterion. We adapt spoolers to meet our customers´ needs, it means to suit to their well-established practice of manipulation with material at their production.
